is there any chance that it will be implemented in the mod as standard? if not does anyone know how to do it?

This has been discussed already in 2006. The decision was no 4tpy script.
There are tutorials about scripting in the workshop forums or at the TW.org forum. To create a turns script is one of the more easier tasks. You even could look in mods that have it included and then to adopt it for ChivTW, of course you would have to customise it. And you should consider the in the chivalry folder included optional show_me script files.
