I was running this game on highest settings over 30 FPS before latest DLC and patch, not I launched it first time after the update and DLC, and I get ~20...

I don't get that but I get something similar, at the end of end of turn, my screen becomes black, it flickers few times, and at the end it goes black again and I hear sounds and I only see mouse...
