PLAYABLE NEW FRANCE MOD FOR KINGDOMS BY ZEPHRELIAL

Mod Features:

This mini-mod enables you to take control of and play France in the New World.

- France's starting position is Tequesta Region,Jascksonville.
- Faction leader,faction heir,explorer,admiral,missionary are the starting agents of France.
- Starting army consists of small numbered but experienced,couirassers,muskeeters,aventurier etc.
- Campaign description,starting position map tga,strength and weaknesses,and winning conditions for France.
- You will have your reinforcements from the Old World in time as per the original campaign script.
- England and France's unit recruitment from buildings had been rearranged in EDB according to Spain.
- Population of Tequesta and population growth had been rearranged since France made playable and starts there.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1-You need to have mtw2: Kingdoms installed to be able to play the mod.

2- Unpack the America's campaign by going into the directory:

Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker

and double click on: unpack_americas.bat

After the unpacking is completed go to the directory:

Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\americas\data

And delete the following files:

1- descr_geography_new.txt
2- descr_geography_new.db

If you don't do this the game will crash consistently when entering any battle.

Run : PlayableFrance.bat file in the directory: \Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War to start the mod.


3- Extract the Zeph's Playable France zip into your medieval II total war directory and click yes to overwrite.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you want to play as a different faction and don't want France to be included in the campaign from the beginning,
make sure you had backed up your original descr_strat.txt file.

PERMISSION:

Permission type: Due Accredition,just tell me you want to use the mini-mod in your mod and I'll give permission under the condition you give the credit for the mini-mod.
