    that's a surprise. We have to look at this. We just used the effect provided by vanilla ETW so they should work...

    So I can't disband state militia, any reason why?

    Also, I'm at 1816 and the game seems to freeze on austria's turn. They've been taking a long time in the past (up to 3 to 5 minutes) but now I've waited 10-15 minutes with no dice and the task manager says ETW isn't working anymore so I'm not sure what's going on. Edit: so it might be because the computer repairmen accidentally swapped my i7 with and i3, I'll check back early next week when this issue has been fixed.

    edit: I thought some of the repression techs were working but they're not

    edit: why can't I play austria?

    To the disband issue, this is fixed with the next update. And yes freezing turns are an issue on which we are working.
    I had checked the repression techs and I have no idea... maybe because some other active effect is reducing the repression?
    Because Austria isn't done yet. However, feel free to activate Austria with the esf-editor in the startpos.

    Well done with the mod, I helped Toon with the TAR mod some years ago, more with skins and historical research.

    Possibly, especially with the next version as the current version has special faction bulding chains for the US and GB.
    And the 2nd pic is already fixed. The 3rd seems to be an issue with the normal map... And for the first I've to find the unit in the db-files^^

    Ah thank you, as much as I would want to, unfortunately I just don't have the time ( i know modding takes up a great deal of time) I', working on a book (two-part novel) Curious, what kind of help were you looking for?

    Great, sent the title and where to acquire it when it's published! I wish you success on it
    And we are looking for all sorts of help from writing descriptions, working on the db-files, to creating textures and models as every helping hand is helping to speed up the new update (this is also for all other readers)

    Ah thanks yes i will do once it is all done. I might be able to squeeze in some research, example units, if you are adding, let's say Hessian units in the future, and need some background where they were raised, garrisoned, etc.

    Cool, just let me know what units you would like to know. Example English units, (5th Fusiliers, raised in Northumberland, facings Gosselin green, In 1751, it became the 5th Regiment of Foot, with the regional title 'Northumberland' added in 1782; in 1836, it was designated a Fusilier unit and became the 5th (Northumberland Fusiliers) Regiment of Foot.     You can't because other factions not compeleted for now but you can use Esf editor to unlock Ottomans and other factions to play grand campaign.

    My sound isn't working, with campaign map and order cues being inconsistent, whereas the actual sound of battle and troop confirmation lines are nonexistent. I already checked the default user_script file and sound there is enabled.

    I don't really know where to post this so I choose this. Playing as the US I can only recruit state militia, unless I have the high tier military buildings.
    Also, a lot of factions declared war on me, even Spain who had friendly relations with me.
    Is this supposed to happen? I can't really build up since Great Britain declared war on me the the second I ended my First turn. Spain was also a enemy of Great Britain but refused my Alliance offers and declared war on me, even the ottomans declared war (both were also Trading with me) .
    Sorry If this is the wrong thread, but this is really all weird to me, even in Hard difficulty.

    I also had bugs people already mentioned such as not being able to disband State Militia. There were some spanish colonial militia units that had more range than my line infantry, they weren't skirmishers or light infantry such as frontiersman, they had 140 Men and fought in close ranks just like line infantry (can't remember their name)

    It's in the installation files. A simple .txt file. When installing manually ensure that hidden folders are shown on your OS.

    The State militia which can't be disbanded will be fixed in the next version. And yes, the US are designed to be very difficult to play with until you create the Constitution. However not everyone shall declare war on you. Maybe that gets better at normal campagin difficulty?

    And this Spanish unit will be removed. Line infantry shall only have the normal musket range.

    This is a know issue will be fixed in the next update with a new soundtrack and shorter music tracks. You can find the new soundtrack here.
