I mean compared to STW. I know that STW:WE have the expansion too but if there is any key difference?
Thanks in advance (by the way if you want to buy it like me - looks like it's very cheap after so many years).

Necromancer! I order you to stop!
Just kidding
Well I don't have a damn clue but the Manual should tell you. I suppose this because the Manual of MTW told me what's different in the Gold Edition.

Some, but not all, of the most notable differences:
- The Mongol campaign and new Mongol and Korean units
- The "dated" campaigns (1530, 1550 and 1580). These give the clans fewer starting provinces and are thus a little more historically accurate than the main Sengoku Jidai campaign (which is still available). There are more ronin however and they can be quite a threat...
- Some extra Japanese units such as the Kensai, Battlefield Ninja and Naginata cavalry
- Building time is halved
- Units can be disbanded and retrained
- Buildings can be demolished
- General's command stars are visible on the campaign map
- Unit stats were changed. This makes the game a little too easy compared to the original.
- Others stuff I can't think of right now...
- And the Ashigaru Crossbows (which are only available in the Mongol campaign)
Well, thanks guys! At all is not bad and from my personal opinion.
