after 0,01 seconds thinking:
Slaanesh.
Dark elves.
Cause tomorrow is a brand-new day
And tomorrow you'll be on your way
Don't give a damn about what other people say
Because tomorrow is a brand-new day
Maybe Slaanesh will have some way to help Morathi's Cult of Pleasure or the Cult of Excess (even though he'll start a huge distance away), or perhaps he'll be able to recruit some of their units?
I like the sound of Kislev's infantry which are capable in both melee and ranged combat (the Kossar with axe and bow, the Streltsi with halberds and rifles, the Ice Guard with bow and blade).
I guess Slaanesh will have the most interesting looking models. I already liked the models of the Dark Elves. Recruiting some Dark Elves would make sense.

For now; Kislev! We'll see what the 9th LL and faction is, and overall I'm really looking forward to the Ogres and Chorfs, but from the current launch lineup the Kislevites have some great design and it'll probably be a really interesting startpos and campaign. That said, my answer is likely to change with every trailer they release until launch..
Kislev. Kislev. Kislev. Those Ice guards, hussars and golden compass bears - together with Elsa, I'm going to have more than just a couple of hours with them

I don't care for Chaos at all so it is between Kislev and Cathay and while I am very excited for both Cathay just slightly wins that one. Although it is quite hard to choose between living statues, exotic monsters and East Asian aesthetic on one side and bear cavalry, winged hussars and drunk slavs on the other.
Of those polled, Kislev, they're different with only a rare spotlight in their other released products, we've seen Karl Franz 100 times. But ice-bear riding chest-pounding Russians? Holy moly I'm in. For the same reason that it is a rarely seen aspect of the setting, I'm looking forward to seeing what Cathay bring to the table. I'd dig Araby, them being very different, bordered by Brettonia and Tomb Kings, no easy feat. And yeah that's generally the theme for what I'm hoping to see, the less seen places. Avalon. The City-State of Myrmiddens based on Greek influences would be rad. Or maybe even the Amazons. But from what we know and can surmise to be realistic.. Kislev, Cathey and Chaos Dwarves.
