Made a few small updates in the lists in the Tab. I am sure that the three stickied threads require much more work but it's getting there.

I've made some changes to the OP for the proposal regarding full transparency in the CdeC (not retro-active). I'd love to get more input!

We have more elections due to begin tomorrow. 3 CdeC seats and a new magistrate need appointing.

Finally, I have unstuck Justy's Curator Actions and Curia Election Schedule thread. That was his own method of keeping the Curia informed of his actions and outstanding tasks. I have my own manner of keeping the Curia informed. To prevent further confusion, and after reading it through a few more times, it is now unstuck. Term expiration may be found in the Curial Officers, Citizens, and List of Reports thread.

Okay guys thanks. I had no other way of knowing save for his absence in the CdeC and that doesn't always coincide with the person being gone from the TWC or resigning. I'll get a new thread up sometime later this evening.

Yes, I thought of this right after I made the post. I was going to delete it but figured that would be rather hypocritical of me, hahhaha. So it must stand as it does now a reminder of my stupidity.

I also felt that pulling from the gents already in the lists and being actively voted on, somewhat unfair. It's more than likely going to upset the votes and would be cause for a re-vote. So that must remain untouched.

Should the position be unfilled, and any staff member on the ballot not elected, willing to fill out the term then so be it.

EDIT: Several small updates including a round of PMs to check the progress of a couple of decisions requiring Hex approval/help, the VV history board, and Guide to the Curia thread sticky, amendments added, etc.

It's normally a Hexxer not a staff member that's asked to fulfil an AWOL position, Meg. As they are considered CdeC members, but without voting rights, anyway.

Harry gives good advice -- this would be the safe route. At any rate -- it is only for about a month.

Where does it say that only Hex members are considered staff? I find that unreasonable and restrictive. The TWCC is meant to include all walks of citizen, not just the boys in red. It never occured to me to look at Hex to fill this role. There are active curial folks in staff positions who may suit just as well. I don't mean any ill-will towards Soren who is certainly active, but I'm not going to limit my options to Hex alone.

It does not state that Hex are and only Hex are staff anywhere -- I think Harry was advising what the safe bet would be since they already have viewing permissions. I think you should be choosing what you are comfortable with -- it is not a biggie in any case.
