I didn't see a general feedback thread, so I thought I'll post one myself. I'll start:

Late Era:
I played a couple of test games as Armenia. I tryed to see how the other factions would react based on what I do at the start (also so that I don't do anything wrong to mess up my future AAR). When I started out attacking and taking Kayseri, the Ilkhanate allied with me and invaded the Mamluke Sultanate. That game went pretty well, and then randomly CTDed. So I started a game but this time I went for Antioch and attacked the Mamlukes myself. Nobody would ally with me and soon I was fighting a two front war with the ottomans invading my Western flank and my Eastern flank constantly hit by the Mamlukes. Defeat was imminent so I stopped playing. All in all Armenia's delicate situation is perfect for 1311. Very nicely done. Only critique is that Armenia should have close ties to Sicily.

Early Era:
I started one campaign with the Early era, and it was pretty easy. I took Antioch and was going to storm Tripoli when the game CTDed because of the buggy Kurdish Javelinmen. Very nicely done here as well, since early on Armenia was in a pretty nice situation, expanding slowly with no major impediments until the reign of Manual Comnenus. Very nicely done here too.
