Default Senatorial Robe Change

This is pretty raw version but the idea behind the proposal should be quite visible.

Proposer: Ragabash
Supporters: scottishranger, Gaius Baltar, HemilcoBarca

Senatorial RobeIn order for a member to qualify they must have served as a member of the Consilium de Civitates for at least two terms within one year or made outstanding contributions otherwise towards the Curia. have made outstanding contributions towards the Curia and/or held position in the following offices, Curator, Speaker of the House, Councillor of the Consilium de Civitates.

The Senatorial robe is awarded instantly when a member of Consilium de Civitates completes his second term. The member must be nominated inside the Prothalamos like any other proposal what is then voted by the Curia.

This medal was never intended to be for contribution in that sense, it was ment to be a common medal which promoted activity in the CdC.

I oppose but would encourage you to add another medal for the above. Its exactly what the medals system is for.
Well, if I, Belisarius, the Black Prince, and you all agree on something, I really don't think there can be any further discussion.

I don't think we need another medal while we could just modify Senatorial Robe medal that is given for Curial participation inside the CdeC to cover all of the Curia.

We can have as many medals as we want, one of the reasons for them was so we could essentially go wild with them without the whole "user ranks are confusing" stuff.

I like both your proposition Ragabsahs and Bel. I would support both.

Yes, both are exellent suggestions, I support both as well.

Perhaps we could go with some type of system where longevity is shown in the medal itself, for example

2 terms of office = Senatorial Robe
3 terms of office = Senatorial Robe with silver belt
5 terms of office = Senatorial Robe with gold belt
10 terms of office = Senatorial robe plus red sash

Voted out of office = Senatorial robe dangling from column

Fully support this proposal, reforms like this, are necessary to maintain TWC integrity.

Nam neque ualidiores opibus ullae inter se ciuitates gentesque contulerunt arma neque his ipsis tantum unquam uirium aut roboris fuit.
