Crash To Desktop

Hi, just installed the mod, and I cant get past the first loading screen. When I enter the game and you see a pic of the romans and ROMA RESSURECTUM in the backround, my game just crashes. What is the problem?

That sounds like you didn't run the new_ui.bat file.

Did you follow the instructions?

patch RTW to version 1.5 (or 1.6 for BI)
install the mod
install patch 10
run new_UI.bat

new_UI.bat? I have a clean version of RTW 1.5. I downloaded Roma Resurectum and clicked on the installer.

I found the new_UI.bat, running it now

yeah re-read the mod instructions, you'll need to run that file they're talking about and do the instructions to the "T" or it'll CTD.

Once the installers are out (they'll be made available with the hotfix) the .bat files will be automatically run for you.

Really need some more info there, guy. Although we are all taking mind-reading classes at present, we haven't finished them yet. So we still need lots of detailed info.
