When does gunpowder arrive??

Just wondering - I'm playing LTC 2.3 and I'm currently in the year 1286 and gunpowder hasn't arrived yet??? It usually did around 1240'ish with the earlier mod?? Its my first game with 2.3 since the update and I'm playing as England...

Gunpowder comes between 1310 and 1350 in LTC 2.3.

I think there's an ancillary or two that require gunsmiths at a certain game date. You may have to tweak their dates if you knock back the gunpowder event.

EDIT: actually a lot of ancilliaries are done by turn, im gonna have to edit the whole lot of them.

Yeah, I think it's about 40 turns one has to add to the Roger Bacon ancillary.
