Default How do I do "System Recovery" on Windows Vista?

I can't seem to find it. Its usually around "System Restore." And usually I was able to do it just fine from the reboot loading menu.

um, press start, then type in System Restore, should pop up, click on it, and it will take a while to load, so just wait like 15 seconds

To access system recovery in XP you have to launch "Backup" from "System tools", maybe there's a similar option in Vista?
