    Default Laptop with Vista

Hey guys, long story short, I got a free laptop. It's got 900mb of ram, 1.77 GHz Celeron and Windows vista (not very good specs I know). I was wondering two things.

    1) I believe that Vista is heavily slowing down my computer, and is there a way to stop Vista from using so much?

    2) Should I uninstall it and install XP?

    Thanks,
    Erik

No, Vista is just extremely demanding.

Yes, that laptop just isn't fast enough for Vista.

Here's a very funny video about this from Toms Hardware:
