In a nutshell, it's a smattering of simulation from various aspects of society in as much detail as can be achieved, considering military, political, social and economic elements. It aims to simulate, within the scope of the map, as fairly as possible what Greece, Italy, Carthage, the northern regions, and western persian dependencies were like in the late 6th and early to mid 5th centuries- to recreate the environment (figuratively through the campaign and literally through vegetation, cities, geography etc) of one of the most important time periods in history. We welcome you to the world of some of the greatest philosophers, generals, historians, artists, scientists and politicians of all time, as they meet in a struggle for hegemonic domination.
More or less...
Believe in Hegemonia... Or the Megarian will get you.
