How do you change the turns per year for the campaign

I don't think there is a simple way to do it, but you can use this http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=52168
mod by Myrddraal which writes a script for four turns per year. I think it might also be adjustable for other numbers of turns (not sure sorry), it will show you the principle anyway.

(I'm assuming you did mean to ask this for RTW / BI? If you meant for M2TW there is a very simple way of doing that.... but you're in RTW forum so I'm answering on that)
