So I am bored and decided to ask if you guys think aliens are real, and by aliens i mean extra terrestrial life not funky ass green guys with LAZER PEW PEW guns.

I dont know about those but i can be reasonably sure that Some form of life exists other than on earth---I cant remember who said it

Either we are alone in the universe or we arent

and both of those choices are goddamn scary.

As for the question, yes, I'm sure there will be something, somewhere. Whether we'll ever find each other is another matter entirely.

Yeah,aliens and not aliums.At first view,I thought that the thread is about 'alum'.

Anyways,I do believe in the existence of aliens.For me,it's quite hard to conceive a universe with just a single planet supporting life.Many conspiracy theories have also led me into thinking about the same.Earlier I used to think that extraterrestrial beings are just a piece for entertainment,but now I feel,"Oh yes,there's a point in their actuality!".Recently,I think another such planet's presence has been observed which can supposedly support life forms.Although I don't know much about it,so feel free to argue and get the same in return.

As has been said, I share the view that there is no way we are alone in this vast universe. Its just too large for there to be only one place where life began. But at the same time I don't believe there are aliens out there that are visiting our planet, gang probing abducted farmers and mutilating their livestock. The idea that a race that has reached such a level of sophistication would do such a thing is absurd if you ask me. More likely they would make straight up contact etc. Will we ever meet another civilization, I dunno. Will we even find any form of life ourselves *shrugs*. I think if we could find some kind of extraterrestrial life out there (even a microbe or something like that) it would certainly change a lot of peoples perspectives.

Now,it's hard to agree with.I think it's less probable that extraterrestrials have made it possible.Rather,I would say that it's all a man-made art.But thinking on the other side,I assume that it may be the result of some flying saucer landing in a particular area where crop circles were observed later....furtive.:hmmm:

If aliens made crop circles as signs as people claim, they better be perfectly exact, since they seem to be symetrical all the dang time.

I mean, with all that advanced technology, you'd think that the aliens could do better, yes?

How can anyone seriously say that there's any question whether crop circles are man-made, when the guys who first started making them in Britain came forward, admitted it, and then showed how they made them?

Beats the hell out of me.

As for the topic, certainly, there must be. There are so many billions of stars and just as many billions of planets around them...how quickly (after centuries of star gazing and scientific development of the field of astronomy), even, after we gained the capability to detect any planet, we detect a habitable one (by our standards anywho)! There is certainly intelligent life in the universe, the only trouble is even contacting them. Bearing in mind visible light travels 20 years just to get to Gliese (that's the name, right?)...

I don't believe in them, but I must admit that the patterns are nice to look at.

There are some strange crop circles made in a way that people cannot explain, but they are by far the minority. They appeared before these people claimed to be creating them as well.

It had to do with how the stems were broken. Some of them were burned at where it is bent over as a result and folded over, not broken like the prank ones. There are other things as well, like the electromagnetic field, that is different in the ones that are like this. Its also the least complex ones. I used to be interested in these and that is the only reason why I even consider them as a topic of discussion now.

IDK what to think of them, if there are some that are unexplainable then that is all you need to find. If anything i think its impossible that aliens are doing this. There is no reason why anything intelligent would create crop circles aside from art or freaking people out. The unexplainable segment is probably some kind of strange weather phenomena.
