How to use the cinematic editor??

Where is the famous cinematic editor? I can't find it and the patch didn't even have a readme so we could locate the new features.

Install the 1.2 patch on a "clean" installation of M2TW, then run the 1.2 update. The archive should have updated the readme.txt which should now be 22k. It has instructions on how to run cin-ed. Cin-ed is a lot easier if you unpack M2TW first (go to tools\unpacker and run the unpack_all.bat and answer "y" to all the questions, but read it carefully!).

P.S.
You may need to copy msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll from your M2TW folder into the tools\unpacker folder.
