Q: Is it possible to change back the battle interface?
A: Absolutely. Go to preferences.txt, use the search function to find MINIMAL_UI and replace MINIMAL_UI:TRUE with MINIMAL_UI:FALSE - there it is.

Since 0.95, the battle-interface is the one of vanilla again, so it is vice versa now, somebody who wants to remove the green arrow markers, the large wipping banners, or enabling minimal ui, must go into the preferences.txt of the chivalry folder.
