Hello everybody,
is there a complete explanation of the leadership component included in the ExRM Mod? I searched the Forums for "Leadership Mod" but found nothing appropriate.![]()
In fact it's quite simple, but there are a few details which I don't understand:
1) There is a (pdf) "sheet" which describes the dependencies of the Leadership Mod graphically. The sheet says: "Legate: >30 years" but this seems to be not necessary. Any Tribune with 10 Years of Service can become Legate, no matter if he's 34 or 24 years old.
2) The same sheet also shows an arrow which points from the "Legate Box" to the "Provincial Governor" Box, the arrow reads "6 Years of Service". Does that mean, 6 Years of military service or 6 years as a governor?
3) Why does the military service counter of generals stop, once they are Consul? Okay, consuls never advance any further, but they could become Governor of Latium (or Province Governor). But this is only possible after at least 16 years of service (if i got got right^^) which could never be reached if a character becomes faction heir too early.
4) Why do I have to switch Legion Ancillaries to receive the Field Army Ancillary? It could be to prevent "Super Generals" but this way I'll have to switch the Legion Banner to a Tribune (or a becoming Legate) and therefore meet with such a Character if there even is any. But my generals travelling through unfriendly, dangerous lands only to switch ancillaries and then getting hit by a major stack can be quite annyoing
If anybody doesn't know what I am talking about I could attach the sheet to this Post.
Thanks in advance for your replies.
