Why Can't Britons Recruit Any Boats?

So they don't invade Gaul and Germany. Its more realistic.

Plus the fact Players shouldnt KNOW they cant recruit boats unless they modified the mod to play Britons. lol Some factions are better off not played as you learned the hardway. ;-)

Britain is better like this as the Player has a real tough time getting that little island like in real life, plus Britain never invaded Gaul or Germany so its more historically accurate, during this time Brits just stayed to themselves fighting eachother they really werent important in those days/

I already figured out how to give them boats but i was only wondering why it wasn't made like that, but thanks for explaining.

Big mistake is will make Gaul and Germany easier to take
