What...The Hell... Was that??? A japanese army engaged with a... modern japanese army??? Or were those guys with guns suppose to be, or be mocking, American soldiers??? I just don't get it.

It has to do with the Japanese SDF (Self-Defence Force) getting sucked back into 1549.

Right, it's the original "GI Samurai (Sengoku Jieitai) " starring Sonny Chiba... A really funny film !

For the factions, no we won't add it, but the ikko ikki will be presents through rebel states and rebellion...

I thought that was from the movie titled 'Time Slip' which I remember watching it more than 20 years ago. Great movie.
