Some critics will say any **** if it will fill up column inches and make it seem like they care. All professional critics, in fact. I despise them.

i am really looking forward to Spider-Man 3

Really? I thought Spiderman 2 was one of the best superhero films ever, superior than the first even in my opinion. Those fight scenes with Doc Ock looked amazing, straight out of a comic book. I'll probably go see it this weekend or early next week maybe. Lets hope it's good.

I'm more excited about seeing the Sandman than Venom. The Sandman is a true old school Spidey villian, the fight scenes they have shown look incredible.

Spider-Man 3 opened bigger than 1 and 2 in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. It was the biggest single day ever recorded in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines. In Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand and The Phillipines, the film outgrossed the combined opening day of Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2.

I can tell you that its going to be better, Venom will be in it , but first we have to deal with Peter in the suit

saw it. i was loosing my patience with mjay though. IMHO peter should go with the russian girl, and i totaly dig his personality better when hes under the influence of the black crap. haha oh wow.

3 villains though. Wasn't the last superhero movie with that many villains really bad? I guess i'll have to see it, i've been wanting to anyways.

I saw it last night, it was meh, really cheesy in parts, and some of the special effects were kinda blah.

Watch it on IMAX seriously. I dont get the director because they have parts that are just unnecessary and stupid when they could've used those parts to put more emphasis on the villains. Btw the Sandman RULES this flick.

Was really good movie imo, enjoyed it more then 2nd. Was less action and more of a 'point' to it with the theme of rushing to judgment on someone leads to no where good. It's not a 3 villain movie its a 0 villain movie. More I think about it calling it an opera is actually pretty on the mark,granted a superhero opera but still

I saw the midnight showing last night and all I can say is what a terrible movie. It has dialogue so lame it can only be rivaled by TMNT. I couldn't take the movie seriously. Everytime they showed "emo" Peter I couldn't help but laugh histerically. In fact the entire theater erupted in laughter every single time emo Peter was displayed. The scenes with emo Peter were also an embarassment to Spider Man. The best moment of the movie was when someone in the audience shouted in the midst of an emo scene, "this is why you shouldn't do meth!" The beginning of the movie was pretty good, its just that once Peter turns to the black stuff the movie screeches to a dead halt. By the end I was convinced they intended for it to be a comedy.

I'm not going to say any spoilers, but I'll leave it at, "the cheesiest most predictable ending ever". The bottom line is I wish I would have slept instead of seeing the movie and going to school today on three hours sleep.

Reviews are lukewarm,saying it is a retread of the 2nd one.
