How to Change effects of buildings

this is sordove a "cant search problem" anyways i wanted to know how to change what effects happen if a building is built in the campagin like enables training or change what it does . Thanks for your help .

Go into your RTW data folder and find: export_descr_buildings.txt

This is the file you will need to become familiar with in order to alter what you are looking at. Try taking a look at this and see if that helps at all. The tutorials section is your friend
