What's the big deal, really? I remember a tv episode where Bart stuck a carrot in his anus, drew eyes on his bum cheeks, and pretended like his @ss was talking. It's all about presentation.
Boi tha way, tha Captain tried the aboove trick, only we didn't 'ave a carrot aboord ship, so's Oi had ta use a blunderbuss instead. Dat wuz painful, Oi wouldn't recommend it. Da crew taught it was a hoot, though - especially when da blunderbuss went off!! Arrrrghhhhhh!!!!!

Why are Americans this uptight about nudity?
In my country you can show real life 10 year olds in full frontal nudity and nobody would even look up. (well....we do have our religious extremist too, but they don't watch TV anyways).

What about the 'Good Times with Weapons' episode of South Park where the 'ninjas' were convinced that Cartman could make himself invisible and he wandered stark naked out in front of a whole auction crowd. Full frontal, right there, a few years back - Season 8, it was. And from a grossly fat kid. Disgusting.

I don't remember, possibly because I didn't care either way.

But if it's true than the South Park creators really have something to be proud about: beating the Simpson's crew to it.

Nudity and sexuality are two completely different things, especially when you are talking about children.

Showing sexual acts with children is completely wrong and illegal of course, but even then it doesn't matter if they are nude or not.
