Crash as Western Roman Empire

I installed 7.0 and 7.01 and the game crashes when I end turn as the Western Roman Empire. It suddenly zooms me off to the middle of Spain, at an un-marked settlement in the middle of the empty country, and then goes black, and then a "Send Error Report"/"Don't Send Error Report" error message comes up after a few minutes.

I have tried the game as both Goths and Romans, and the game hasn't at all crashed as the Goths. What is wrong now?

Note: I had this same problem with 6.05 only with all the factions.

Really deinsinstal everything and instal everything over again fresh.

Not a- ****** gain. As 6.05 I had done that before and there was no change at all in the types of crashing.

The install was a fresh, crisp, clean, unfaulty install. Reinstalling and expecting a different result borders between stupidity and insanity
