    You can't do that, its hardcoded.

    One weird thing you can do though is type anything you want in there and the game will recognise that as a unit attribute for scripting purposes, it won't have any effect on the unit though.

    I checked everything and no mistakes, 100% sure. The same entry which would cause crash after 1425 wont cause a crash if replaces another entry as long as the 1425 limit is respected. I isolated the factor and only modified the models file, excluding other kind of possible mistakes. We probably know what the hardcoded limit is right now, 1425 entries. The info was confirmed by another modder too.

    Not true.

    The internal beta of DAC works with 1537 entries in modeldb.

    Can somebody make a new hardcoded list please? With all these additions (and debates) since 2007, and the OP not changing, there definitely must be a new list.

    Which is the limit for a single resource map 150? 200?

    for example: I can put 200 "sugar" in the map? Where is the max number of same resource for region? I want to put 5 "sugar" in the same region, is it possible?

    I just came across one apparent limit:

    9 exploding_[name]_shot entries in descr_sm_projectiles. Tried to add one more and had a crash, even if I simply copy an old entry and rename it. Leaving the crash causing entry and removing an old entry = everything is fine.

    So that means only the alternative ammo type (like flaming for archers) is limited to 9? You can still create default projectiles that are explosive, yes?

    K that's what I've added.
    I found a simple solution to this problem: I changed religion "orthodox" to orthodoxy in ALL related files, and now the AI launches crusades against orthodox

    The limit is set by the EDU limit (500) I would think - unless there is a UI limitation which one might fix by editing the LNT file.

    No limit known. The only limit is 8 ancillaries that a character can aquire.

    I think so too: I get crashes when I try to create battles with to many units (such as trying to run it with the slaves)

    Is there a limit to the number of possible settlement levels? i.e., could I add an additional settlement level after huge_city in EDB and then give its own strat model in descr_cultures.txt?
