None are totally complete. Romans and most Greek (including eastern greek) factions, as well as the celtic ones, are pretty close though. Carthage isn't too far behind either.
Big work on next build on Pahlava, and factions like Lusotannan, Sweboz, Sabyn, Saka Rauka, Sauromatae are still being worked on a lot in terms of units and such. Even getai still has some things remaining.
Thanks for the replies!
I decided to try Rome. VH/H. it's 241. Just got the first reforms. Carthage is no longer in Africa. This Mod is fantastic. My general died as Africanus. I miss him already. He was 28-0.
What do you have to do to get "Imperator" from your troops??
Anyway, I can't decide where to invade next.
A) Iberia to finish off Carthage
B) Greece before Eperios gets too strong
C) Egypt If I don't take them, Selucids will. They're getting huge
D) North is still enveloped id Gaul civil war= weak.
decisions.....
This is by far the best mod for Rome TW. Absolutley amazing!
I've had some problems with this feature, something is just not right. What do you have to do to get "Imperator" from your troops??
The Traits and Ancillaries FAQ thread says:
Now I have fought battles (abit I cheated to win, was testing. What are the steps for my Roman general obtain a triumph?
A. The first step on the road back to Rome in triumph is the "Vanquisher of Carthaginians" trait, obtained by winning a battle or two. Next, after more conquest, you'll get "Conqueror of Carthago" (It wouldn't be much of a spoiler to tell you that conquering Kart-hadast itself will get you closer to a triumph than conquering Lilibeo). (similar traits and criteria exist for most of Rome's immediate neighbors).
That settles those requirements that can be easily obtained by your general. Next his men must name him "Imperator" (commander). Preferably, after a numerically important and difficult battle, won decisively. In history, there were instances of a general paying his men to get the title, but we're not going to let you off that easy. ~
Exact criteria for Imperator trait: *** Spoiler Alert! ***
Number of enemies on the battlefield:
Small unit size: more than 250
Normal size: more than 500
Large size: more than 1000
Huge size: more than 1500) where it was my general and a unit of hastai versus an entire stack of enemies and still nothing even with all the required traits. I tried that multiple times, and even fought a few personally that were lopsided in the enemies favor. On the other hand I fought a nearly evenly matched (I cant remember who had the advantage) and some how managed to get vanquisher even though that character had only fought 3 previous battles against the sweboz.
Yes, Imperator is somewhat bugged. A >/< symbol was reversed. And on top of that, in some cases the unit size doesn't work quite right.
You can get Imperator, I got it once. It's just that it is not when you would expect it.
Tell me if I read it wrong or if it only works for Rome, but in my Carthage campaign I conquered Rome and the general received the "conqueror of Roma" trait. Does this trait do anything for your generals, I've never noticed anything since the general was assasinated next turn and also if you lose Roma somehow and recapture it do u get the trait again (on a different general)?
