    Ive seen a vid of this before. They killed the dog and brought it back to life

    It's a fake. Forgotten the exact method they used to make it look real, but they disproved it a few years ago.

    A few years ago I scared myself reading Pravda. It had a number of articles about the end of the world, aliens and reincarnations.

    Yes, Dorian, Pravda does anything to get ahead, and they persue sensationalist news with dogged determination. Their reputation is not commendable.
    However, laugh at me if you will, but I wouldn't be surprised if such technology exists, but is kept on a short leash. There is something called the 20 year law, that is, if you see technology coming out now, it was concieved and created 20 years earlier by the mil-indust complex.

    It is kinda creepy, but watching that was so funny that I had my head in my hands.

    I say that the scientists wanted to make a good impression on their part that they were willing to dog anyone they needed to.

    It's funny though, because someone would have found out sooner or later
