It should be about 2 - 3 weeks as DaVinci posted in the general info topic. The Bulgarians are around 98% complete, I just have 3 more units to add. I also need to tweak the descr_strat somewhat before it's ready for release.

I thought about Patriarch, but I don't think Zeph is giving permission to use his mini-mods anymore. It would be perfect with all the Orthodox factions in the mod now.

Three, Armenia, Serbia, and Bulgaria.

A new Muslim Berber faction will be added in a later version.

do u mean that berbers will be in 1.3? btw i know that these suggestions can be annoying,but why haven't you considered to add Kingdom of Sweden?

The Berber (Ifriqiya) faction will be in the release following 1.3. I didn't think Sweden would have enough of an impact on the campaign. I have been picking factions that are not only "cool", but also hinder unrealistic expansion by the AI.

If you want to play as Sweden, just mod Denmark into Sweden. It would be pretty easy.

there is a mod where mali, ireland and sweden are playable, but i suggested you to add it cause sicilian vespers is excelent all around mod

Ouch... I guess you had to make Armenians Orthodoxe to have them not Catholic. Lesser of two evils I guess.
I'm eagerly waiting to test the next version, meanwhile I'm trying out the Danes. Btw, isn't it tautological to have them named Kingdom of Denmark? Isn't Denmark enough, or Kingdom of the Dane(s)?

nice idea, the lithuania mod is now under costruction, maby those who creating it will let you include this faction to your mod. So if your intentions are serious, this should be easy

Thanks! It is close, but new requests may push it back. The next release will be 2.0. It will be a full version with an installer, for patch 1.02.

I will probably put together a patch for those players that are still on MIITW 1.01.
