Problem with Numidia and CTD

I've downloaded RTR PE 1.8 recently and started playing. Of course I had end turn CTD sometimes. But two days ago I've started playing Numidia and had the last Carthaginian city to siege in Africa. So I try to attack army near city to have city army on battlefield too. But while loading battle I have CTD. It's first time I had CTD while loading battle. I started new game and it works right but I want to continue Numidia game. I also tried to save game but while saving i have CTD too. I think there is no way to heal this save file but I'm asking what can be done, so I won't get this battle loading CTD again.

I've also questions about Numidia. In stables I see that they allow recruiting Camel Riders but I can't do it. I tried in provinces with camel resources. At start of game I have one unit of this Camel Riders and click at them with right button to have detailed informations and it shows them right. But when I check stables info and click on Camel Riders info there in stablles I got CTD.

Another problem is that I occupied this small island near Spain pennisula(i don't remember the neame). I've build Auxilia Phase III and barracks but I can't recruit units there that are mentioned in auxilia phase III building there.

I tried to search on fourms but got nothing.
