250 000 euros for a 300m/2 house ?Too little ?

Hey I need help .I am about to sell an old house built 1908 with some decorations like freezes and statues for 250 000 euro in a small Bulgarian town .It's made of concrete floors and bricks , needs some repair .Has a fountain .Yard of 650m/2 .Here prices are low.

Do you think somehow in closest future prizes can raise much so I'll loose too much ? I know in Germany and Spain you sell that than no less than 5-600 000 euros .But Bulgaria ? What do you think is there a common european perspective for real estates ?
