diplomats - no longer can speak to settlements or armies just other diplomats?

i'm playing from a campaign i started with 6.2, and have no problems with diplomats, so i don't know about those who began with "pure" 6.3 campaigns.

Diplomats works fine in SPQR 6.3, You have something installed wrong on your game, or have previous Mods giving you issues, Try reinstalling RTW after deleting it COMPLETELY (mods tend to have files that hang around after using the uninstall) Then install RTW and the patches and then SPQR 6.2 and then 6.3

Yeah i HAD the diplomat trouble too but once i had reinstalled rtw and spqr COMPLETELY they worked just fine
