Hi guys,

Really need some help. I just bought an HP Pavilion laptop with the new Vista. Everything run great except for 1 thing. I can't get connection at all. The internet service provider is Verizon FIOS. I seem to be able to connect to the network via wireless router. I was maybe able to download some update from the auto windowupdate site. However, when i use IE or firefox, i can visit any sites. It looks as if i have no connection at all, even though it show that i have connection. Please help, anyone have had this problems? or know what the causes or how to fix it?

My other laptop with XP has perfect connection. I suspect it has something to do with the incompatibility of Vista.
