    Default Will it support...???

    Hey Im back!

I have Medieval II and it works ok on low to medium graphics levels on version 1 shaders, I am using a Geforce 4 Graphics card as my 6600 isn't working with my PC for unknown reasons.

I was wondering if (with grass off due to lag issues last time i used SPQR) if it would work with my Geforce 4?

Vanilla Rome worked fine with the Geforce 4 and so was wondering if SPQR would, as I really want to play it and because something on my PC does not like working with the Geforce 6600 I was un able due to constant CTDing, similar issues with many other games appeared and I got "Critical Graphics Error" messages with MII.

    Thanks!

It should. I run SPQR on a laptop and don't really have problems with it.

    KK ty for replying!

I really wanna play it again, watching the film `300` has inspired my.....Ancient combat interests!
I have 1Gig RAM, NVIDIA Geforce 4 Graphics card, Pentium 4 processor.

(I believe the issue with my Geforce 6600 is to do with my Mother board...annoyingly)

yeah your computer should be more than enough to run the game...i'm playing on a laptop with 512 MB RAM and it works fine

But probably not with all the settings to make it nice, I cant see how a laptop can handle the HUGE battles on Huge settings and High graphics when my P4 3.6 with 7800GS and 2gb of Ram have trouble. lol

Well, I noticed when Unit shaders are off there are loads of Graphic issues, men seem to be missing their feet. lol

Anyway Im running on unit shaders, most details are High and Medium with No Grass. No-Anti anlising (how eva that spelt)

It CTDed once, I got worried it still didn't work but I managed to play campaign with around 3 or 4 battles in a row and no problems! Just alot of lag in huge huge huge battles! lol

So far I have no bugs or problems to report!

Except when I last saw Praetorians they seem to be black skinned with white faces and legs (but that was when i had unit shaders off so that might be it)
