I recall being in Osaka at a techno exibit where they were showing "K-9 the Miraculous Robo Dog". The requisite cute Japanese honey announcer (knee socks included) tee hee'd a command at the robo mutt, the thing yipped, yapped, yelped, then fell over on its side, thrashing it's legs and wagging its tail.
Somewhere, later that day, the exec responsible for the miraculous K-9 commtted ritual suicide in disgrace.
