Yes and Space union will start to skin them right? After all, no offence Zeph. Space union has been very active in Skinning/modelling after what I have heard. And as I have promised, I'll give all those who worked with 1.3 a rep point.

Georgia and Ireland was " Factions that will definately be included in the mod" But I think Zeph has seen that there are much better factions to include. Because Ireland is just like Scotland- Not needed. It has no historical importance for Europe. only for England.

Sweden and Bohemia were two factions Zeph said he liked, others were Flandern Britanny and Ireland. To be honest I think Ireland will be in the mod, But not britanny, As I have tried to make them look bad

6-7 faction slots are used, Zeph have 2-3 left. Sweden and Bohemia/Ireland/flandern will take two or three.

Lol, unfortunently I'm doing none of the skinning because I have yet to learn how to do so. I'm on the 3D modelling side. If any skinning will be done in the near future, it will likely be done either by Zeph or Raven.

Yeah thanks for reminding me, Raven was also active in skinning the Lithuanian units. Right now I am starting to be worried if the 1.3 is going to be released, maybe zeph released it and then like, took off to Japan in 5 months, and then it was erased

The thing is when i was searching for Volga Bulgaria nothing was found, It should be like the Bulgarian military, But still it is had because searching for the regular Bulgarian military didn't give any results either, the thing is that Zeph never asked me to search, i was just suggesting Volga-Bulgaria as a faction, then he said it was hard to find any info about the military. And it was true.

Bulgarian empire would be interesting, i still think if they deserve more stay than wallachia !?

Actually Bulgaria is impossible now, considering Sofia is controlled by Byzans and Bulgaria fell many times to various cointries, Wallachia on the other hadn fell to the Ottomans in the 17th century I think. I support Wallachia, another thing is, as I discused with Zeph- Wallachia is a faction only represented in teh CAE- They are rare and makes the mod special for this.

There are new units to Lithuania, they are to be released with the 1.3 version.

haha I usually defeat them in 3-4 turns it is just to take my Teutonic or Polish army and storm Vilnius. But it is the same with Lithuania when I want to defeat the Teutons

Ok I am starting to worry too much now, Actually I have done that since yesterday, i hate virus idiots. I will nuke them and then burn them.
The best thing I think is that it will be " Abbasid Caliphate" or " Calihpate of Abbasids" and the leader should be " Caliph omar jaheed" or something

How does one add back in to CAE the "movies" of assassins, spies etc.? At present, the only movies I see are when Crusades are called.

well about how many turns each one needs, ill depends the estrategy each one use.

myself i prefer stay in peace and upgrade faster my buildings/units and get rich and crush my enemies with more advanced armies in my case only 60 lithuanians have escaped alive with grand-duchy ......coward :O escaped from the battle... ahaha

Well sometimes i cheat and get strong units, then i usually wait for others to kill each other. Othertimes when i don't cheat I try to defeat my enemy fast and gain moeny from all possible ways

i've defeat them quickly, just bring german blitzkrieng into medieval...i've just ask for alliance, next they've moved full stack to russia,while i moved 2 armies to both cities vilnius and riga and ask for crusade !!

I once assainated the pope three times ( I had a great assasin) because he weren't Milanese ( my faction) besides he said that I should make piece with France, I don't like that.

haha when playing as Germany i try to revive the WW2 borders, and ally myself with one of the italian states. So I can with Hungary attack Poland and Byzantium and then defeat france in three minuetes ( instead of three months)

Yesterday playing as England was great, I was at war with HRE and Spain, I tried to revive the British empire, and a little more so then HRE took Arhus from my allies denmark. So I called a crusade against Arhus and recaptured it ( giving it to Denmark) after that the HRE was at war with: me, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, France, Milan, Teutonic order, Lithuania, Hungary, Venice and Russian principalities, their last city ( Staufen) fell to Hungary and I was exited and laughing all the time, " mighty reich of the god" was defeated by " infidel states"

I'm playing kingdom of Jerusalem and I'm having trouble with Liths. they are sending wave after wave after wave... to Vilnius and Riga. I allways manage to defend my provinces but the offensive ain't going well. I recently accidentally reenacted the battle of Saule (Sun)>>> the crusaders (me) were attacked when advancing to their lands and was annihilated in the forests of Lithuania. Pretty impressive battle it was... but since I'm Lithuanian... Go GDL !!!

I'm betting that Zeph is having computer problems, or has decided to take off a few days to **** his lady, both of which are excusable. Also, while I could see the relevance of a Swedish faction, think of the consequences, from the very start of the game Sweden and Denmark will be killing each other with a "its us or them mentality". Denmark will need to secure Scandinavia and Sweden will need to take down the Danes to have any impact on the rest of Europe. Unfortunately, only one of those two factions will survive the first 20 turns of the game. In my opinion, Scotland was an important faction, not just in their relationship to England, but to France and Scandinavia as well, affecting the whole power balance of northern and western Europe. The Irish as a faction however= dumb. The Irish had no impact on the power balance and were scarcely united except in times of invasion. How about Austria as a new faction!?!?!? Maybe a new Russian faction, or maybe Burgundy, or a new crusader state like the Principality of Antioch, maybe the Kingdom of Aragon.

whats your situation? you need to install CAE over a fresh install of vanilla 1.2

Bleda I know the many of the reasons Zeph said them to me.

Burgundy- almost a copy of France ( I agree)
Kievan rus- Almost a copy of the " Russian principalities" ( I agree)
Aragon- A basic Copy of Spain ( I agree)
the crusader states are jsut like Jerusalem, if a new Christian ME faction is to be represented I should be either Armenia, Georgia or maybe Ethiopia if some provinces are created near Dongola and eastern Tripoli.

Sweden was more important for norhtern Europe than Scotland was. and the game is named " Medieval total war" and it should be many wars. i mean Lithuania and Teutons are the same. and I love it. Sweden is a neccecary faction, Scotland had diplomatic relations with France. Sweden had diplomatic issues with countries as Spain and Portugal, even with countries as Byzantium and Egypt they had relations.
I agree on ireland though, but with some more polite tone

sure sweden deserve one slot, unhappy norway don't ...since they've lose their crown heir and royal line on early 14 century =/ , losing isle of man, shetland.... (or they ill be a good option instead sweden) !

Norway should be a country to be added- If Sweden is not. I mena Norway and Sweden went in the Kalmar union at the same time, THe only difference is that Norway and Denmark continued with their Union, Sweden didn't.

But it is true, since Norway became christianized they also became a bit weak. but if not Sweden the norway, If not me then my neighbour
