Icon1 Is the bad side always the bad one?...

I was wondering here, if you agree with me, that sometimes we need to lie or do something not correct, to scrap a problem. The old example is perhaps, the child who lies to their father if he did something wrong or if his marks weren't the expected ones... Is it correct?...

Ah, and other things that we can add to this subject, for us to think a little, as we always do these mental exercises in the tw forums. Is corruption that bad? I think it isn't good, not at all, because we're fooling each others, we're thinking in an egocentric way, a blind way: we'll surelly rise poverty if we try to ran over each others. Corruption just eases this: buying an illegal dvd? Not much, but thousands should make much significant importance... Download music? A questioned subject in the music industry, that many people know about and think of it often. Manzarek, from the Doors, told on an interview that he didn't think badly at all of it, because he isn't affected now, if it was on the beggining of its career how would it be? He'd be like some unknown poor person actually. The thing is, that choosing corruption many times, makes a decrease in many economical ways, because we are "feeding" what we shouldn't feed.

Currently, I'm a bit sleepy, if you know more things of this "bad side" please show it here, ah, and of course, give your opinions on these texts I've introduced to you.

Reminds me of Fat Tony of The Simpsons.

    Bart: Are you guys crooks?
Fat Tony: Bart.. uhm. Is it it wrong to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family?
    Bart: No..
Fat Tony: Well suppose you got a large starving family. Is it wrong to steal a truckload of bread to feed them?
    Bart: Nuh-uh
Fat Tony: And what if your family don't like bread. They like.. cigarettes.
    Bart: I guess that's okay.
Fat Tony: Now, what if instead of giving them away.. you sold them at a price that was practically giving them away. Would that be a crime, Bart?
    Bart: Hell no!

it's wrong to lie. it's not if you try to save yourselve or somebody else with it. or if you help yourself or somedoy else with it. actually, everything you do might have good effects. even murder somebody. if you save many people with it. it has to happen. murder still is wrong then. but you did something good with it

well it is completely illogical as far as I can see. But where does right or wrong come from anyway?

Look it is wrong to lie the reconstructions of lying are always greater if you lie no matter what the crime.

Define wrong/bad. The side I see as bad is to me always bad but the action they do to make them bad may not be bad in other situations. Bad is situational.

In fact, there wouldn't be a distinguitiable "bad" if we humans didn't exist at all, lol. Those things, like lying or murder, are bad, but has MET said, it has its positive aspects sometimes.
Now I see that the thread hasn't got an exact conclusion, just random opinions that we can learn more about.

    And why is lying/murder bad?

Anything that is not like God is bad. We are created in God's image (we have a nature like God's)

And what exactly is God's image? We're all unique, so who is closest to it?

Nobody since for me there is no god. Atheism for me is a synonym of freedom, the key to the door that unlocks eternal relief, this is what makes me believe. Nobody can be the closest to God, I personally think, but can't say why.
Anyway, let's try to stay on topic, please.
