Go to a host. For example filefront:
http://www.filefront.com/
create an account(it`s free) and upload the file. The process is pretty much self explanatory. You click on add file(it should be somewhere in the top left) then brows for the file on your PC and you click upload. At the end you`ll be given a dl link that you should copy and paste here.

I'm uploading it for you guys now, I'll make a new thread for the link so it will be easier, should be up in about 10 minutes.
