I need some more information to make gloss files.

I am RTW player, and these days I tried to make some units.

And I have problem to make gloss file with Photo Shop program.

I read some tutorials but it lacks explanations for Photo Shop newbies.

I don't understand something about 'channels' and what exactly I should do to make gloss files.

Somebody help me.
