    Default Question for LT

have you ever thought of doing an SPQR mod for barbarian invasion? like with ERE and WRE. I think that would be amazing, and would really look forward to it.

i think if LT created BI version it would be just like this one GREAT

maybe better... Same as current SPQR, but with BI features like factions reappearing, the barbarian horde feature and maybe we'll be able to participate in roman politics again as the roman rebel issue would be fixed.

I can't wait for that mod. This mod rules. Now a BI version will be even better

The features from BI (recruitable generals, nighttime battles, etc) are in SPQR already. What would be the big deal?

it would be a huge deal...imagine SPQR-style campaigns and battles against massive barbarian hordes...plus new factions like the huns, goths, etc...my mind would explode

Swimming units would make bridge battles a bit more fair. Hordes would make you to think twice before capturing the last settlement of a barbarian faction
Also native support for shield wall would keep loose formation which could be useful against missile units.

Olá. Already it has forecast for the launching of the 6.3?

true, an SPQR BI mod wouldn't be the same as the original SPQR mod but that is reality! Rome was falling apart, WRE was being raided by barbarians and the east was coming into it's own. So it is a different era but an interesting era nonetheless.

SPQR for BI! I don't think so! It would only be slightly different than the SPQR we play now plus on an out dated technology.

An SPQResque mod for M2:TW is the way forward. Here is a black slate just screaming for attention. For those who said say that it would be to hard to do and contains to many bugs, think back to those who said that about RTW and what Lt has achieved with SPQR.

BI was honestly IMO not worth the disc it was printed on.
M2:TW is the best and the only option that we should look towards not a slap dash expansion. LT should not build a mod on a game which he himself said was not worth buying.

The concept of BI and the period it is set in were intreguing to say the least and if LT had the time and patience to mod it to SPQR and LT's high standards (BI needs alot of work IMHO) then i will download straight away but id prefere 6.3

If in general the conversation here is about BI features then apart rom hoarding and recurring factions then SPQR has them all already and hoarding would make barb factions OP but recurrent factions would be a pain.....in a good way......
As for swimming i dont miss it playing SPQR and if u hav ANY archers defending then the swimming units will drop like flies, esp. when they rout which doesn't seem to make Bridge Battles balanced lol What i really hate about bridge battles is if thee is more than one crossing , the ai hardly ever exploit this on M/M but i always put my triarii/auxillia and my cavalry there just in case and for rear charges to trap enemy armoes in the rivers
