post a bigger image I can't read it
I also can't read that, but I will tell what I tell everyone else with a video card issue.
Download Driver Cleaner.
Remove all of your video card/Ati driver.
Install the newest Drivers.
See if that fixes it. If it doesn't we can move on to other solutions (like overheating).
As previously stated you may want to uninstall all ati drivers and software , clean them out and install latest drivers set from ati. Also gta may be pushing your card past its limits therefore you may need to scale down your settings when you play or your card is overheating. Please post your hardware stats as this will also help in troubleshooting.
quite inherantly rubbish actually

Go into catalyst control center and disable VPU recover, see if that helps.
well, usually there is an icon on your deskto which says "ATI" on it, that would normaly be the shortcut to the catalyst control center. If its not there, then it should also be always running with other programs at the bottom right of the taskbar. Try right or left clicking it to bring up properties or something. Or just right click on your desktop, go to properties, then go to the last tab, and click advanced...

So yeah, Im assuming you found and can open catalyst control center you just cant find the VPU recover option.
Below is a screen shot of what you should look for. Go to Video, expand that and you should see VPU recover, uncheck the box that says VPU recover.
VPU recover can cause some compatibility problems and really should just be unchecked and not used.
Im really thinking it might be the that you haven't installed a new driver package for you ATI video card in some time. If not go here http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html and download the new drivers for your card.
Here is a guide on how to make a clean installation of new drivers. http://www.tweakguides.com/ATICAT_3.html

Hmm, my advice would be to look at this link I provided http://www.tweakguides.com/ATICAT_3.html and follow it the best you can. I apologize for the fact its not in your native language/s.
I betting that your not cleaning out the old driver package completely and thats causing the new driver package not to install.
Are you running Vista?
Ok i was able to install it
i quit one process which i cant remember
then it install it
now my problem is that the control center dont open
i saw following processes:
MOM.exe
mscorsw
CCC
are that all?or is here a reason why the catalyst control center dont open?
I would try a reinstall.
To do this.
Download Driver Cleaner (Google it, it is free) and clean all the ATI video drivers and software off of your system using it (really easy to do using Driver Cleaner).
Then reinstall the newest drivers and see if you still have issues.
