I've played Total War games since Shogun, however I've never actually completed one. At the time of Shogun I was about 12 or so, and was pretty rubbish at games. Medieval was very similar, and I have never really been interested in RTS games.
I played Rome quite a lot, but had a horrible habit of starting a new game every week, I got quite far in Barbarian Invasion though (before giving up of course)
For about 3 years I didn't play any more Total War, Medieval 2 came and went, and about a month ago I went on holiday to Majorca and read a book called Azincourt by Bernard Cornwell. As I was reading it, I really wanted to play Medieval 2, so as soon as I got back I installed it. Over the course of the next month, I led England to domination. So I installed my dad's copy of Empire, and decided to get involved in the community (as I have done for other games).
Anyway, there's my life story, thanks to anyone who reads it (as opposed to seeing it and groaning, before pressing the back button).
...Hmm, Empire is still installing.
Well, Im 20 years old, going on 50. I live in England, soon to be moving in with my girlfriend (who hates me playing Total War slightly less than she hate me playing World of Warcraft)
I love computer games, it's my one main hobby.
Ah, finished installing. Laters!
