Something I found earlier today, you'll need to select the resolution you use, this probably isn't 1680x1050 - that's just what I use, and then browse away =D

^ I really struggled to find the humor in that. Came up empty. Guy had a simple request and you want to belittle that with "google". I assume you are just working on your post count.

Is there any point in having alot of posts? After getting 50 you can become a citizen, so anything more than that is just, well... useless.

Seriously though, with google you can actually search for images which you can then use as your desktop background.

On the contrary, after much google searcing for desktop images last night I found it to be rather useless. For decent pictures you need a real site dedicated for such like interfacelift.com/wallpaper

Edit after reading Citizens post one down: I think we have made our point now and this is becoming hostile and off topic now.
Lets have more wallpaper sites.

Whilst this is true, it was just the darn right lazy and ridiculous attempt at humour within the post which was a bit silly.

I mean, it is clear that he wanted everyone to post links to specific websites that they thought were cool/awesome or had used themselves and found great, and then hilarious Arakorn-eir comes along and posts a link to the google images search.

Whilst I completely agree with you, if you're on wide-screen... say 1680x1050 or 1920x1200 they usually don't have wallpapers for these resolutions which are the two resolutions I use... and it sucks, cause Like communisto says, it's amazing! there are some really talented people on Deviant Art.
