Multiplayer: Failed to logon

When i want to play M2tw online it says "Failed to logon" when i insert my gamespy id and passwrod and stuff. **********ing annoying.

can you login in other multiplayers games which use gamespy server browser? rome total war, battlefield 1942, blitzkrieg etc etc? i cant

Ehh, actually i don't think so. I can't in Civ 4 and some other ones...
