Need Help: Cannot locate the file D3DX9_30.DLL

After I updated my Medieval 2 to version 1.01 and tried to run the game, it said it cannot locate the file D3DX9_30.DLL and refused to let me play the game

. Does anyone know how to fix this up? Thanks first!

Directx 9 issue
download directx 9
just search for it on microsoft

you can install it from your game cd as well .... if you have one! [mbahahaha, just kidding]

there is no option to install directx 9 there... As far as I can remember...

yes there is, try going to my computer, put the cd in, don't start installing/uninstalling anything though
you should see MTWII in your computer's disk drive
right click on it, explore
then try to find DX9 there, you should know what to do from there.
I'm not on my comp (sitting at school

) so I can't test this...
