So the first one was a classic. It's my generation's animal house, or caddyshack.

Then they make a 2nd one. It's still amazing. Then american wedding. Not bad.

Then they make HOW MANY MORE!? WHY!? Why ruin my favorite trilogy of ALL TIME (OAT). At least one of them. Why ruin my OAT's?

They're trying to make it the new "national lampoon" and horribly failing. They should have stuck with the first one.

The first one was great, the second one was good, the third one was pretty damn bad. I'm assuming the fourth one was more of the same humor but with none of the compelling characters of the first two.

the fourth one (which didn't even make it to theaters) was about stifler's little brother who went to band camp. The only original character was jim's dad. anyways, it was pretty bad.

The first one was enjoyable because it was a type of movie that I had not come in contact with before and I thought it was quite fun to watch hovewer nowadays I just find them silly, I find most "college" films to be both pointless and outright embarrasing....

The first one was really good, it was something new, part 2 was okay, but the other ones destroyed the series...

Itīs the same sad thing you see in the Scary Movie Series. The first one was good, the 2nd acceptable, and the others only dirt.

I really liked the 3rd movie. Not sure why...but I can't stop laughing when I think about it. Much like Not Another Teen Movie

But the 4th movie was rubbish.

I miss the days when I found that film funny. No wait - those days never existed. Just kidding, I did find it funny once, but its lost its humour effect on me now.

A lot of comedy series die with age, like Scary Movie (#1 being funny, #2 okay, everything else blah). There are a lot of cartoons that are funny at first, but they run out of the good stuff quickly.

I tend to regard American Pie as being well... trash. Back in the day when it was first out it was pretty funny... now I'm a little older it just seems like immature garbage!

Guess my sense of humour has moved on since then

Many people say good things of American Pie, I think. I never saw one single, lol.
I heard something about the 4th one indeed, can't remember much more.

I turned 17 when the original American Pie was in theaters. I was the first guy in my group of friends who was old enough to buy tickets for an R-rated movie. We all went to see it for my birthday.

The second movie was one of those rare sequels that was just as good as the original. As for American Wedding, too many of the original characters were missing so I didn't like it much.

Hahaha, how true. Just like the 'Rise of Taj' crap. What was the point of that movie? The first Van Wilder was decent at best...

funny you should mention that, I just watched it a couple of hours ago. For some reason, I heard it was decent, but I was sorely disappointed.
