What settings/resolution could this comp run M2TW at?

What settings could I run this game at on this comp? I was told by a friend I could run it at max, but wasn't really sure, so thought I might ask the total war community.

EDIT-M2TW takes advantage of the 2 processors, right?

i'm not a computer genius by any means but just looking at the cost of every single item,i'd say you could set everything on SUPER HIGH!!! SETTINGS.Just joking,I have no clue but I think that setup would deal out some speed and smoothness.

Edit:and I don't know the answer to that last question.

I'm coming up with an error, I think it's the NewEgg server because I can't get into My Account on there. Or my network here at work is hosed. Anyway . . .

As far as the dual-core stuff, M2:TW does and doesn't utilize the processors. I have an AMD dual core and I haven't had any issues with slow down. I can run everything on blazing high settings. People who have issues with the dual core tend to have Pentium D's or otherolder dual-core processors. I'm not an expert, so don't quote me, but there are plenty of people who complain about not having DC support for the game, but I have no issues with M2.

I'd get Windows Media Center 2005 with the Vista upgrade coupon. All the issues with Vista and video cards and games seems like too much hassle to me right now.

Otherwise, you should pretty much be running everything at the highest settings. Beware of getting a bad stick from Corsair. Run memtest86+ ASAP on it.

Is that an agp or pci-e videocard? And do you mean max as with shaders2 and
shadows high on?
If that is the case i think i will get one soon!!

Barring any problems with Vista/Graphicsdrivers - I'd say you should be able to get maxed at 1600x1200 without much trouble.
