Savegame compatibility in 2.1

Hi,
just thought I'd let people know that although it's been stated that the saves from 2.0 are not compatible with 2.1, I've now played three turns without any major problems with my old save.

However, I got some weird retinues, like my king was 'Duke of Edinburgh' (Im Hungary!), and my other generals were kings of other cities I'd never heard of . And many of them had the 'Black stallion' retinue, which is reserved for princesses .

I kept the strapping stallions since I figured they probably replaced some other retinue, but used the 'remove_ancillary' command on the different titles. After the first turn all got their proper titles back. Hopefully I won't see other weird side effects of this, as I'd really like to continue my campaign - Im in the 1260s and if I keep restarting my campaigns for every mod I'll never ever finish one...

Oh, and *please* don't think this in some way is a criticism of repman et al., I'm doing this on my own responsibility and promise to not come crying when i get a CTD for my foolishness! love your work guys!

I don't remember the wording exactly but it is something like 'This young lady has a strapping young stallion...'. My generals dont look kindly to being referred to as 'young ladies'

Im guessing that it replaced one of the more common ancillaries.

You're likely getting one designated for the Princess, then, as you said. I'm about 90% sure I've seen Black Stallions on my generals before with a description fitting for it. No mention about young ladies.

Yes, it wasn't the Black Stallion, 'twas 'Strapping Stallion'; What an impressive and powerful beast this young lady straddles on a daily basis.
