1 question, 1 problem

yesterday i installed Dartmod 8.0 on Rtw 1.5 and it seemed bug free until this day,when i played as the greeks,whe nmy army got attacked by a carthaginian army on syracuse.The thing is half way through the loading proces the game resulted in a CTD,any solutions? or is it just a bad day?

and the question part:
What is the best faction that provides with these 2 points?(would appreciate a top 3)
*Lots of action with big army's vs other big army's
*Good Economy ,meaning that i dont need to spend much time with it.(dont rly do that either just set it to automanage,and i do the recruiting)
