The Bastard Fairies

Well empty's thread inspired me to post about a band I discovered, The Bastard Fairies. They are an indie band, with a sound very different from most bands, even in that genre....in fact I can go as far as to say I've yet to hear another band like them.

They have their entire CD, Momento Mori, available for download on their site. To me, it's amazing a band would do that...and they advertise constantly about the free download, not to make money, but to get a message out.

Here in fact is an 'informercial' posted by them. It's funny, though slightly offensive.

Great thread, The Fuzz! I didn't know them until this thread popped out. They're great and I've heard some time ago that a band also did the same, like put their entire album for free on their website. It's a excelent idea. Ah, since you gave me some rep, now you deserve it also. +rep
Thta first video of yours, similar to a comercial, is really great and they've got some humor. Some bands lack of it, hehe.
